Arc’teryx and Ontario Climbing present the world premiere of Project Crown Land, a film by Hannes Katze. Project Crown Land explores the challenges involved in developing one of Ontario’s newest, largest and most isolated climbing areas.

The movie will screen at the Arc’teryx Toronto store on Friday, April 27, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.

After the screening, there will be a Q&A session with Gus Alexandropoulos, a prolific Ontario route developer and guidebook author featured in the film.

This is a free event and seating is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

is a freelance writer who has been involved in the outdoor industry for over 25 years. During his career he has been the editor at Canada’s national climbing magazine, as well as the gear editor for a national cycling magazine, triathlon magazine and running magazine. His work has been published in Canada’s national newspaper, The Globe and Mail, and he has been a guest on television and radio broadcasts. His passion for climbing began in Ontario in the mid 80s and he continues to travel extensively in search of crisp conditions and steep rock.
